Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you (“you,” “your,” or “Customer”) and surveyi (“surveyi,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account, accessing surveyi, or sending surveys through our platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use surveyi.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, and you must have the authority to enter into agreements on behalf of yourself or the business you represent. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of surveyi complies with applicable laws where you operate.

2. Our service

surveyi is an AI-driven feedback and insight platform. We generate and deliver adaptive surveys, capture response data and behavioral signals (like tone, hesitation, or text revisions), and surface insights, summaries, and alerts to help you understand how people actually felt after an experience.

We may update or change features over time. We may also pause or discontinue parts of the service if necessary for performance, security, compliance, or to prevent abuse.

5. Data and ownership

a. Your survey content

You own the survey campaigns you create and the raw responses you collect. You are responsible for having the right to collect that information and for how you use it.

b. Insights and derived data

surveyi generates analysis from responses and behavior (for example: summaries, flags like “this person may need follow-up,” sentiment reads, key themes, top friction drivers). surveyi may also create aggregate learnings across responses (for example: “Most negative sentiment this week is about wait time”).

We may use this derived and/or aggregated data internally to improve the service, train models, and develop new features. When we do that, we aim to remove personal identifiers or limit them to what’s needed to provide the feature.

c. Our platform

We (surveyi) own the platform itself, including the AI logic, question-generation system, dashboards, interface, and alerting features. Using surveyi does not give you ownership of our code, models, UI, or underlying systems.

6. Billing & subscriptions

Some parts of surveyi are paid. Billing and payment processing are handled by one or more third-party payment processors (for example, Stripe). By upgrading to a paid plan, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge you for subscription fees, taxes, and other disclosed charges.

Paid plans generally renew automatically unless you cancel. You can cancel at any time. If you cancel, you’ll keep access through the end of your current billing period.

We may suspend or limit parts of the service if payment fails or if your usage exceeds the limits of your current plan (for example, caps on responses or active surveys in a free or trial tier).

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep surveyi fast and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may pause, throttle, or modify parts of the platform for maintenance, security, performance tuning, or to address misuse. We are not responsible for any loss, cost, or damages caused by downtime or changes.

8. No guarantees or professional advice

surveyi gives you insights, summaries, and suggestions based on customer input and behavior. We do not guarantee that using surveyi will improve retention, revenue, ratings, reputation, or any business outcome. Any actions you take (including outreach to an individual respondent) are your responsibility.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, surveyi and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages — including lost revenue, lost goodwill, lost data, or business interruption — even if we’ve been advised of the possibility of those damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of surveyi is limited to the amount you’ve paid us in the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Termination

You can stop using surveyi at any time. You can also request account closure by contacting us.

We may suspend or terminate your access (including paid access) if:

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which surveyi is organized and operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute will be handled in that jurisdiction.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we’ll update the date at the top and, when appropriate, notify account owners directly. Your continued use of surveyi after changes go live means you accept the updated Terms.
